For Insurance Associates, Commercial Insurance means "back to basics." Many of our customers have more to do on a daily basis than work on their insurance program. Although we find it hard to believe, some even say the topic is boring. Not surprisingly, we have set up the agency, and specifically the commercial department to simplify the lives of our customers by making it easy to do business with us.
From our initial consultation and coverage review, we work to be sure we know the "ins and outs" of your insurance program. One on one or in group sessions, we can explain coverage and give advice in plain English. Coverage on many accounts is very similar. Most have liability, property and workers compensation exposures, but while they may be similar, no two are the same. Teamwork is an overused expression but the agents and staff truly work together to provide solutions for customers needs and problems. Some accounts are simple to insure. Others provide unique challenges and the Insurance Associates team uses its combined knowledge and expertise to solve any problem and do it in the most competitive fashion. Each customer has an assigned Customer Service Representative who knows and understands the relationships and day to day activities on their accounts. Conversation and account activity is automatically logged in our information system so if one person is out or assisting another client, another one of our experienced CSRs can step in and instantly be up to date with any activity that has occurred on your account. Agents and service representatives perform regularly scheduled reviews based on specific criteria and detailed checklists to be sure nothing is overlooked.
